Each ecosystem can be configured so that when a tenant does not make their electricity payment by the agreed due date, energy supply to that specific tenant connection can be automatically suspended — while the rest of the ecosystem continues operating uninterrupted.

ModuVolt™ is a modular plug-and-play solar and battery unit sized per user. Each unit is self-contained — panels, inverter and storage work as one module that feeds the appliances you choose to plug into it. Because it operates independently of your existing wiring, a single apartment, shop or office can be powered on its own and additional units added later as budget allows, scaling from one unit up to a full building or estate ecosystem.
